What is your return policy for technical rescue equipment?
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that life-safety equipment like ropes and harnesses cannot be returned once the seal is broken for safety reasons.
Are your products compliant with NFPA standards?

Which payment methods do you accept?
